Workshop Terms and Conditions


1. Registration and Payment:

  •    Participation in the workshop bootcamp sessions requires advance registration.

  •    The fees for the workshop sessions are as follows:

  •      Group Sessions: $1000 per participant

  •      Private Sessions: $2000 per participant

  •      Corporate Team Sessions: $10000 per team (up to 10 participants)

  •    Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued.


2. Rescheduling Policy:

  •    Participants are allowed to reschedule their session once, subject to availability.

  •    If rescheduling is needed more than once, participants must repurchase the session.

  •    In case of repurchase, participants will receive half of the original payment back.


3. Participant Requirements:

  •    Participants must meet any eligibility criteria specified for the respective session type.

  •    Participants are responsible for providing any required materials or equipment for the session.


4. Liability and Insurance:

  •    The organizer is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the workshop sessions.

  •    Participants are advised to have their own insurance coverage for the duration of the sessions.


5. Changes and Cancellations:

  •    The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, content, or format of the sessions.

  •    Participants can cancel or reschedule their session in accordance with the rescheduling policy.


6. Termination of Agreement:

  •    The agreement between the organizer and participants may be terminated in case of breach of conduct or non-compliance with the terms and conditions.

  •    Termination of the agreement will result in the participant forfeiting the right to participate in the remaining sessions.


7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  •    Any disputes arising from the workshop sessions will be governed by the laws of New York.

  •    Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before taking legal action.


8. Registration Process:

Part 1: Registration Form

  •    Interested participants must fill out an online registration form on the workshop website.

  •    The form collects name, contact information, session type preference, and preferred session dates.


Part 2: Payment

  •    Upon registration, participants must make full payment for the selected session.

  •    Confirmation of payment serves as acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined.


Part 3: Confirmation and Rescheduling

  •    Participants receive a confirmation email with session details.

  •    Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability. Subsequent rescheduling requires repurchase.


9. Conduct Guidelines:

  •    Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the workshop sessions.

  •    Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.


10. Intellectual Property:

  •    All workshop materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of the organizer.

  •    Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any workshop materials without permission.

11. Confidentiality:

  •    Participants attending corporate team sessions are required to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the session.

  •    Non-disclosure agreements may be required for certain corporate team sessions.


12. Health and Safety:

   - Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the workshop sessions.

   - Any medical conditions or concerns should be communicated to the organizer in advance.


13. Accessibility:

  •    The organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants with accessibility needs during the workshop sessions.

  •    Participants with specific accessibility requirements should notify the organizer upon registration.


14. Feedback and Testimonials:

  •    Participants may be asked to provide feedback or testimonials about their experience in the workshop sessions.

  •    By participating, participants consent to the use of their feedback for promotional purposes.

15. Agreement Acknowledgment:

  •    By completing the registration and payment process, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  •    Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the termination of the participant's involvement in the workshop sessions.


16. Photography and Recording:

  •    The organizer may take photographs or videos during the workshop sessions for promotional purposes.

  •    Participants who prefer not to be featured in promotional materials should inform the organizer in advance.


17. Indemnification:

  •    Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any liabilities, damages, or claims arising from their participation in the workshop sessions.

  •    This includes any actions or conduct that violate the terms and conditions specified.


18. Contact Information:

   - Participants should ensure the accuracy of their contact information provided during registration for communication purposes.

   - Any changes to contact information should be promptly updated with the organizer.


19. Amendments to Terms:

  •    The organizer reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.

  •    Participants will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will be applicable to future workshop sessions.


20. Severability:

   - If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.

   - The unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that closely aligns with the original intent.


21. Entire Agreement:

  •    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants and the organizer regarding the workshop sessions.

  •    Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these terms.


22. Acceptance of Terms:

   - By completing the registration process and making payment for the workshop sessions, participants signify their acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
