Pelichet Production is a New York-based brand strategy and design consultancy built for businesses that need clarity, direction, and deeper customer understanding.

Torris Pelichet

(Founder, CEO, Chief Strategist)

Torris Pelichet is the founder and Chief Brand Strategist of Pelichet Production. His work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, customer experience, design thinking, hospitality, storytelling, and human behavior.

With a background across hospitality leadership, filmmaking, brand identity, and business strategy, Torris brings a rare perspective to the way companies understand and serve their customers. He has spent years studying how people move through experiences, how trust is built, how brands communicate value, and how businesses can use empathy as a strategic advantage.

​

Torris created Pelichet Production’s Design with Empathy methodology to help businesses make decisions with greater clarity. The method is built around research, listening, observation, strategic analysis, and creative execution.

​

His belief is simple:

When a business understands people deeply, it can create better strategies, better experiences, better design, and stronger growth.

At Pelichet Production, Torris leads the strategic vision of the company and works with clients to uncover the human truths that should guide their brand, messaging, customer experience, and long-term direction.
